| BYP's fees : |
All our fees* are inclusive of VAT.
- From 2 nights to 2 months: 25% of the total amount of the rent.
- From 3 months to 4 months: 20% of the total amount of the rent.
- From 5 months to 6 months: 15% of the total amount of the rent.
- From 7 months to 10 months: 12.5% of the total amount of the rent.
- From 11 months and over: 10% of the total amount of the rent.
*(On the basis of 1 month = 30 days)
Fees are payable on signature of the agreement or at the time of reservation (in the case of rentals of less than 8 days) by:
Bank transfer (to which 15 Euros bank charges should be added)
Credit card : Visa and Master card (1.5% bank charges are added)

| Security deposit : |
The deposit must be paid on the day you move into the property by transfer, cheque or Traveller's cheques in Euros or credit card. The full amount will be reimbursed within 8 days of your departure after signature of the departure inventory (barring damage).
The amount of the security deposit is as follows :
- From 2 to 8 days: tenant's credit card number
- From 8 to 30 days: total amount of the rent.
- From 1 month to 3 months: 1 month rent
- From 3 months and 1 day to 12 months and over: 1 or 2 months rent

| Rent : |
For rentals of less than one month, 50% of the rent must be paid at the time of booking and the remaining 50% on arrival. In the case of such short-term lets, the rent is inclusive of all expenses and service charges relating to the property (water, gas, electricity, internet and cable TV).
For rentals by the month, 50% of the first month’s rent is paid at the time of booking and the remaining 50% on arrival, payments monthly thereafter. In the case of such letting periods, the service charges relating to the property (water, gas, electricity) are NOT included in the rent.
The rent (and service charges if applicable) must be paid to the owner or to BYP by :

| Additional charges : |
The cost of landline telephone calls are never included in the rent; the tenant either pays them to the owner on the basis of actual usage or directly to the telephone company, if the tenant has taken out his/her own telephone line.
Additional charges (water, gas, électricité) are included in rentals of less than one month and are not included in rentals of over one month.

| Arrival and departure : |
A BYP customer service representative, possibly accompanied by the owner, will be present on your arrival and departure, at which times an inventory of fixtures, fittings and furnishings will be drawn up.

INSURANCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY :
For rentals under 8 nights :
Book Your Paris offers tenants the possibility to take out cancellation insurance from ADAR company. This cancellation insurance guarantees reimbursement of the deposit and of the rent amount in the event the tenant's stay is cancelled or shortened. The cancellation insurance also entitles tenants to benefit from an insurance against rental risks, which is mandatory in France, that covers damages caused by fire, explosions or floods.
For rentals over 8 nights :
Tenants must take out insurance against rental risks, which is mandatory in France, that covers damages caused by fire, explosions or floods. Book Your Paris offers tenants the possibility to take out such insurance policy from its partner AXA. However, tenants are free to choose any other insurance company. Tenants must be able to prove they have taken out the required insurance upon lessor's request. |
