BYP offers two types of property management services:

| 1* One-star management: free of charge for the owner, the agency's fees are borne by the tenant. |
In this option, the tenant pays the rent and security deposit direct to the owner.
BYP assumes responsibility for :
- Establishing a photo portfolio and new generation virtual visits of your property.
- Online management and promotion of your property via our web showroom.
- Organisation of visits.
- Providing you with a selection of tenants that meet the required conditions and guarantees.
- Drawing up the rental agreement.
We offer the possibility of providing the inventories for a flat fee of 150 € (75 € each)

| 2* Two-star property management contract: 7% HT (excl. VAT) of the received rent payable by the owner. |
In this option, BYP collects the rent and security deposit on behalf of the owner.

- Replacement of appliances, only the cost of replacement aircraft and its delivery are the responsibility of the owner
- Collection of rent and rental charges

- Send notices of deadlines and receipts
- Collection of security deposits via credit card terminal secure
- Email account management tailored to the needs of owner (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
- Relations with the tenant
- Adjustment of annual charges
For those two options, we offer cleaning services for 25€ / hour and provide linen packs (from 15 € TTC / Pack 1 person, 30€ TTC /PAck 2 persons). |
| Security deposit: |
The security deposit is paid by the tenant on the day of arrival in the property by
bank transfer,
check in Euros,
Travellers' Checks in Euros
or credit card.
The security deposit is returned in full (barring any damage) to the tenant within 30 days of the departure inventory of fixtures and fittings.
The amount of the security deposit is calculated as follows:
Two- to 8-day rentals: copy of the tenant's credit card number.
Eight- to 30-day rentals: total amount of the rent
One- to 3-month rentals: One month's rent
Rentals of 3 months and one day to 12 months and over: Two month's rent

In the case of rentals of less than one month, 50% of the rent is paid on reservation and the remaining 50% on arrival. In the case of such short rental periods, the fees and charges related to the property (water, gas, electricity, internet, cable TV) are included in the cost of the rent.
In the case of monthly rentals, 50% of the first month's rent is paid on reservation and the remaining 50% on arrival, payments monthly thereafter. In the case of such periods, additional charges (water, gas, electricity, internet, cable TV) are not included in the cost of the rent.
Rents are paid to the owner or to BYP by :

In the case of monthly rents, the owner will provide the tenant with a monthly rental receipt. |
